Director's Shareholding


 


The Company was today informed that David Shalom, ClearDebt's Finance Director, has transferred 650,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each (Ordinary Shares) into his Self Invested Personal Pension.  As a result, his beneficial shareholding is unchanged at 2,150,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.  Mr Shalom's entitlement to Ordinary Shares under the Company's EMI scheme is also unchanged at 375,000.
