The Company was today informed that David Shalom, ClearDebt's Finance Director, has transferred 740,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each (Ordinary Shares) formerly held by his wife, Gayle Shalom, into his Self Invested Personal Pension.  As a result, his beneficial shareholding is unchanged at 2,150,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.  Mr Shalom's entitlement to Ordinary Shares under the Company's EMI scheme is also unchanged at 375,000.
