Grant of EMI Options
ClearDebt Group plc announces that on 7 October 2009 it granted EMI share options to employees over a total of 13,062,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 2p per share representing approximately 4.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The grant of options included a grant to David Mond, CEO, of 375,000 EMI options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at 2p per share. These are the only options awarded. The EMI options are ordinarily exercisable between 7 October 2012 and 7 October 2019.
