ClearDebt Group plc, the AIM quoted integrated consumer debt advisory, IVA and debt management group, announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2009 (the 'Annual Report').





The Annual Report also contains a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company at 12 noon on 24 November 2009 at Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Cheshire, WA14 5BZ.
