ClearDebt Group plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 21 March 2007, it
received notification of the following holdings of voting rights in the
Company's issued share capital.

Oliver Mond 9,375,000 3.25
(1)David Murray's holding includes 11,278,476 voting rights owned by Murray Group
Management Ltd, a company controlled by David Murray and his immediate family.
On the same date, the Company also received notification that Sound Financial
plc no longer holds a notifiable percentage of the voting rights in the
Company's share capital.
